1. Controller

TradFiProp Technologies Ltd., registered in the Republic of Cyprus, is the controller of personal data processed through this service. Contact: privacy@tradfiprop.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data — name, email address, and a salted hash of your password. We never store your password.
• Trading data — orders, positions, closed trades and the risk state of your accounts.
• Payment and payout data — the blockchain addresses you transact from and to, transaction hashes, and the compliance verdict recorded against each.
• Technical data — device, browser and session information collected to secure the service and diagnose faults.

3. Why we process it

We process account and trading data to operate the evaluation and to enforce its rules. We process payment and payout data to settle transactions and to meet anti-money-laundering obligations. We process technical data to keep the service secure and available.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising purposes.

4. Compliance screening and third parties

Blockchain addresses you submit are transmitted to a third-party analytics provider for sanctions and risk screening. That provider receives the address and the network only — not your name, email or trading history.

The verdict returned, including the risk score at the moment of screening, is retained with the payout record as evidence of the decision taken.

5. Retention

Account and trading records are retained for the life of the account and afterwards for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering law. Compliance records are retained for the statutory minimum, which may exceed the life of your account.

6. Your rights

Exercise any of these by writing to privacy@tradfiprop.com. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

• Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Erasure — request deletion, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
• Objection and restriction — object to processing, or ask that it be limited.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to hold your interface preferences and account state. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie banner.
