Terms of Service & Challenge Rules
The agreement governing evaluation accounts, funded accounts and payouts.
Effective 7 August 2026
1. What this service is
TradFiProp operates a simulated trading environment. Accounts are evaluation accounts, not brokerage accounts. No client money is held, no deposit is taken, no order is routed to a live venue, and no position you open represents a real claim on any asset. TradFiProp is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian or investment adviser.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and TradFiProp Technologies Ltd. ("we", "us"), registered in the Republic of Cyprus. By creating an account you accept them in full.
The evaluation fee purchases access to a skill assessment. It is not a deposit, is not held on your behalf, and confers no ownership, equity or creditor relationship. Where a fee is described as refundable, it is refunded as part of a payout, not returned on demand.
2. Evaluation objectives
A two-step evaluation requires a 8% profit target in Phase 1 and 5% in Phase 2, each measured from the balance the phase started at. A one-step evaluation requires 8% in a single phase. There is no minimum trading day and no time limit.
- Daily loss limit — 5% of the account's starting balance, measured against the highest equity reached so far in the current UTC day, not against the opening balance. Unrealised losses count from the moment they appear.
- Maximum drawdown — 10% of the initial deposit. This level is static: it never trails your equity upward.
- Consistency rule — no single closed trade may contribute more than 30% of the phase profit target. Breaching it does not fail the account, but the account cannot pass review until profit is distributed across more trades.
3. Breach and account closure
Touching either loss limit ends the evaluation immediately and automatically. On breach, every open position is closed at the prevailing market price, every resting order is cancelled, and the account is marked as breached. This happens without notice and cannot be reversed by appeal to market conditions.
A breached account cannot be reinstated. A new evaluation may be purchased at any time.
4. Prohibited conduct
The evaluation measures discretionary risk management. Strategies that profit from defects in the simulation rather than from market opinion are prohibited, and results obtained through them are void.
- Latency, feed or price-error arbitrage, including exploiting stale or mispriced quotes.
- Hedging the same or a correlated instrument across accounts, or between our accounts and any third-party venue, to manufacture a guaranteed outcome.
- Group trading, copy trading or account sharing, including operating accounts on behalf of another person.
- Any use of software or technique intended to manipulate execution, reporting, or the risk engine.
5. Payouts
Payouts are available only on funded accounts that have cleared every phase and satisfy the consistency rule at the time of request. The profit split applies to realised profit net of commission.
A payout request is a request. It is subject to review, and to the compliance screening described in section 6, before any transfer is made.
6. Compliance and refusal of payment
We will refuse a payout, and may terminate the account without refund, where compliance screening returns a risk score at or above 30%, where any exposure to sanctioned entities is detected, or where the destination address is linked to prohibited activity.
Every payout address is screened before funds move. Screening covers sanctions exposure, darknet market activity, child abuse material, stolen funds, mixing services, ransomware and known fraud.
Sanctions exposure, terrorism financing and child abuse material are refused at any level of exposure, regardless of score. These categories are not subject to a threshold and are not appealable to us; we may be legally required to report and to freeze.
Where screening cannot complete — for example if the compliance provider is unavailable — the request is held pending manual review rather than approved. Appeals may be sent to compliance@tradfiprop.com.
7. Changes and governing law
We may amend these Terms. Material changes to evaluation objectives will not be applied retroactively to an account already in progress. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
